Circuit Classes

Circuits are a great way of achieving overall fitness. Although the class is in a group the workouts are individual, with each participant pushing themselves to their own limit. Circuits are high energy and FUN!
This class is a combination of exercises using light weights, body weight and cardio which makes up a 45 minute class that is ideal for improving your cardiovascular fitness, toning muscles and aiding weight loss.

BOOT CAMP
Not for the faint hearted!! Another class that is great for improving overall fitness. Each exercise is taken on as a group, participants feed off each others energy in this class to make it a fun, intense workout.  Boot Camp is a combination of high cardio and body weight routines.

General Yoga
A fairly gentle, structured class that is suitable for all levels. You can expect a class that will stretch, lengthen and tone muscles. Hatha yoga is one of the most relaxing forms of physical practice and offers a balance of movement and breath. Ideal for those wanting to ground, relax and gently work the body.

Dancercise - Energetic, medium intensity cardio workout with a variety of dance elements including, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop & Freestyle. For more information phone Katya on 9848630
