I am a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer and graduated from the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2007 as an Executive Master Trainer. I am also a qualified yoga instructor (Hatha) and completed my teacher training through Trinity Yoga in 2006.

I have worked in various gyms and health facilities as a gym instructor, personal trainer, group fitness leader (circuit/boot camp classes and outdoor fitness classes) and yoga instructor, and have assisted many people in achieving their health, fitness and weight loss goals.
